Who can use AIChangeHair

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and agree to these terms.

What you can upload

You may upload photos you own or have permission to use. You must not upload:

• Photos of people who have not consented to having their image used in this way (including minors).
• Photos that depict sexual content, violence, or illegal activity.
• Photos of public figures used to imply endorsement, political messaging, or defamation.
• Copyrighted material you do not have the rights to use.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

What AIChangeHair will not do

The service generates hair color, haircut, texture, styling, and hair-only portrait previews. It is not an undress, nudity, impersonation, or sexual-image tool. Attempts to bypass these guardrails may result in account termination and, where applicable, reports to relevant authorities.

Ownership of generated images

You retain ownership of the images you generate using AIChangeHair. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated output for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as salon consultations, creator content, advertising, and social posts.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the source portrait you upload. Generated images that violate third-party rights in their source material remain your responsibility.

Credits and payment

Free accounts receive 20 credits on signup plus 20 additional free credits when you complete a daily check-in. Credits are non-transferable and do not have monetary value. Paid plans unlock higher-volume use, high-quality output, and commercial workflows.

Availability

AIChangeHair is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee specific uptime.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and safety guardrails. On termination your generations remain available for export for 30 days unless legally required to delete sooner.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
